Balance Over Burnout: Building a Business That Works For You

Being an entrepreneur means wearing many hats, which can sometimes lead to burnout and self-sacrifice. But it doesn't have to be that way.

Chanda Coston, a business and strategy coach, is on a mission to help empower women over 40 to build businesses that align with their lives, not consume them.

With over two decades of experience in business, leadership, and execution strategy, Chanda knows what it takes to get things done—without burning out. Her own journey reflects this approach. After serving in the Navy, she transitioned into the corporate world to spend more time with her family, and eventually found her calling in entrepreneurship and coaching.

Chanda now helps women make the leap into entrepreneurship in a way that prioritizes their wellbeing by embracing authentic self-care, navigating mom guilt and building real community.

Tune in to hear Chanda’s story as well as some of her strategies for starting a business with clarity and balance.
